The Representative presented Five Star Bath Solutions’ Smart Choice package, featuring grout-free antimicrobial composite wall panels that are non-porous, durable, and designed for easy maintenance. The system includes a waterproof Hydro Board backing system, a custom-fit shower base, and American-made Delta Professional fixtures. The Representative also explained that all installations are completed by professionally trained, in-house installers using custom-cut materials to achieve a precise fit and long-lasting performance.
The installation process included removal of the existing bathtub and surround, inspection of the framing, plumbing preparation, installation of the waterproof backing system, custom shower base, wall panels, fixtures, accessories, and final cleanup. Installation was scheduled to accommodate the customer’s upcoming surgery and was completed in approximately two days with additional curing time before normal use. Final placement of accessories was confirmed during installation to ensure comfortable daily use.
Five Star Bath Solutions provides a fully transferable lifetime warranty covering both products and labor for qualifying installations. The warranty includes workmanship and ongoing customer support, giving homeowners long-term confidence in the completed remodel.
