Representative recommended the Smart Choice composite wall system, explaining that the non-porous PVC wall panels provide the appearance of natural stone while resisting moisture, mold, mildew, scratches, and staining. Representative reviewed Five Star Bath Solutions’ bathroom-focused remodeling expertise, explaining that the company specializes exclusively in bathroom renovations completed by professionally trained, background-checked employee installers. The customer was shown customization options for safety accessories, fixtures, seating, and storage while maintaining a clean, low-maintenance design suited to everyday use.
Representative explained that the installation would begin with complete removal of the existing bathtub and surround, followed by inspection of the wall structure and replacement of plumbing components as needed. The new walk-in shower would then be constructed using the Shower Shield waterproof backer system, a durable low-threshold shower base, Smart Choice composite wall panels, and the selected safety accessories and fixtures. Final measurements would be completed before installation to confirm the placement of the grab bars, fold-down bench, shelving, and plumbing fixtures. The project was expected to be completed in approximately two days once materials were available.
Representative reviewed Five Star Bath Solutions’ Lifetime Plus Warranty, explaining that it covers product materials, fixtures, installation, labor, and workmanship and is transferable to future homeowners. Representative also explained that the company stands behind its installation process with professionally trained installers, quality materials, and long-term customer support designed to provide lasting performance and peace of mind.
