A representative from Five Star Bath Solutions guided the consultation, emphasizing the company’s grout-free PVC-based composite wall system. The new material is antimicrobial, waterproof, and scratch-resistant, eliminating the maintenance challenges of older tile installations. A light marble-look wall surround was selected to brighten the space without glare, along with brushed nickel grab bars and a detachable wand for convenience. The design included three corner shelves and a fold-down teak bench to meet the customer’s storage and comfort needs. The representative confirmed their in-house installation approach and highlighted the company’s strong franchise presence, full licensing, and 100% satisfaction commitment.
Installation was completed over two days by a dedicated crew who protected the floors, completed a full demo down to the studs, and replaced piping and valves before setting the new shower base. Waterproof HydroBlock backer boards were installed behind the panels, and the shower walls were installed as one seamless panel per side up to the ceiling. Drainage upgrades and surface sealing were finalized before walkthrough. The customer’s additional vanity and mirror work was not included in the shower remodel but was accommodated through coordinated demolition.
Five Star Bath Solutions provides a fully transferable lifetime warranty covering both product and workmanship. All work is insured and performed without subcontractors, and customers benefit from optional discounts for cash payments, veterans, and flexible scheduling. Warranty service includes full replacement or repair at no charge, and pricing is protected through a 30-day match guarantee. The customer was pleased with the professionalism of the crew and the visual improvement to their space.
