Jake is a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional installer. He answered questions along the way during the install without being evasive, or making us think that we were interrupting him, or getting in his way. The install was completed in two days, as projected. He protected our floor covering, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished both days. You can see the before and after photos below, and I also included a few of in-betweens, to show that they do what they say they will (referring to the moisture barrier, etc.). I am happy with the final product. We sat through five of pretty much the same presentations before deciding on 5-star Bath Solutions. Many ways to customize your own conversion or remodel.
