Five Star Bath Solutions representative, Tyler, emphasized the company’s extensive experience, being locally owned and operated, with 28 years in the business. He highlighted that the company specializes exclusively in bathrooms, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship backed by a reputation built on word-of-mouth and strong customer reviews. Tyler also explained the company’s structured approach, which avoids subcontracting, ensuring that only certified Five Star employees work on the projects, which builds trust and assures reliability.
The installation process described by Tyler involves removing the existing system down to the studs, inspecting for any hidden damage, and ensuring all plumbing is updated to current codes. The new tub would be installed on a concrete-style base for stability, with the wall system and accessories tailored to the customer’s preferences. Tyler mentioned the typical lead time is six to eight weeks, with the installation itself being a two-day process, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s routine.
Tyler discussed the warranties in detail, stating that the Smart Choice package includes a lifetime plus warranty, covering all parts, products, and workmanship. This warranty is also transferable if the home is sold, adding long-term value. The company also offered several discounts, including a $1000 off installation promotion, and an additional discount if the customer provided an honest review post-installation.
